For those of you that don’t know me, I’ve spent the last twenty plus years using my intuitive skills to help clients with their personal growth and healing. I demonstrated my abilities and guest lectured on the mechanics of mediumship and psychic abilities in psychology classes at Western University over many of those years. Constantly being asked challenging questions by university students encouraged me to find simple and grounded ways, free of spiritual ideology, to explain exactly how psychic abilities function and how anyone can access them.

Along with providing sessions for mediumship, over the years I’ve learned countless strategies, secrets, and processes for training others to effectively navigate their own states of consciousness. I’ve integrated my knowledge and experience with recent advances in the science of flow and human performance to create a development program for anyone who wants to learn how to apply flow and intuitive abilities to their own life, personal passions, and life’s work, or anyone who wants to become proficient at accessing and applying optimum states of consciousness.
